2. Orders and Scheduling
- All pickup and delivery requests must be scheduled through our platform.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and contact information.
- Any cancellations or reschedules must comply with our stated timelines in the app or platform.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All services are billed through the Cents platform at the prices listed at the time of order.
- Payments must be completed in full prior to service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Taxes and additional fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure laundry items are free from prohibited items such as cash, valuables, or dangerous goods.
- Report any special handling instructions during scheduling.
- Ensure someone is available at the pickup and delivery location as agreed.
5. Liability
We take great care in handling your laundry. The Laundry Mat is not responsible for: lost or damaged items due to factors outside our control, discoloration from pre-existing conditions, or any items left unattended outside agreed pickup locations.
6. Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with these terms.
